Roasting Tips & Techniques

Roast at a high temperature. Preheat oven to 400˚.
Cut uniform size pieces. This allows veggies to cook evenly.
Use a neutral oil. Use enough that veggies glisten, no pooling.
Arrange in one layer on baking sheet.
Simple Seasoning. Salt & pepper is all that’s needed.
Rotate half way through.
Browning is good. Caramelization = Flavor.
