LINQ Connect

LINQ Connect

As of May 23, 2023, our MPS school meal platform is now LINQ Connect! This new platform is an upgrade from TITAN Family Portal and if you had previously used TITAN, there is no need to change your username or password! Simply log in at LINQConnect.com. Your student and payment information will automatically transfer to the new LINQ Connect.

If you already have a TITAN bookmark in your web browser, you will automatically be redirected to LINQConnect.com. You may choose to either rename your existing bookmark, or create a new one for LINQConnect.com. If you used the TITAN Family Connect app on your smart device, the new LINQ Connect app is available from either Google Play or the App Store. You may find more information in the right hand column of this page.

The new LINQ Connect platform will provide a fresh new look and new features to make it easier to deposit meal funds, pay balances, view menus and allergens, apply for educational benefits (AEB), and more.

If you are a new LINQ user, getting started is easy!

LINQ Connect Quick Tips

  • Low balance alerts for lunch accounts are automatically sent when the balance is $5.00 or below. Low balance alert levels can be adjusted for your student in LINQ Connect.
  • Negative balance alerts are automatically sent when the balance is $0.00 or below. Negative balances accrued prior to approval for educational benefits cannot be reversed per federal regulations.
  • The first breakfast meal and the first lunch meal each school day are no-cost to all enrolled students. Second meals and/or a la carte items such as milk only will require funds in the student account.

Please note that LINQ does charge a $1.00 fee per transaction to deposit funds. To avoid this fee, you can send cash or check to your student’s school, labeled for the lunch room coordinator. Please make checks payable to MPS Culinary & Wellness Services. Be sure your student name(s) are included with cash or check to ensure the money is credited to the proper account. Contact info.cws@mpls.k12.mn.us with any questions regarding LINQ, meal balances, or student eligibility and IDs.
